Pricing & Payment
Callout and Completed Repair, Charge Built-in Appliance: £70 (Charged Once)
Callout and Completed Repair, Charge Free Standing Appliance: £60 (Charged Once)
When spare parts are required, these will be charged in addition to the call out and repair fee.
We will provide a quotation for any spare parts needed. Payment will only be taken after we have completed the repair. If a revisit is needed, we will request payment for the part prior to ordering. If we are unable to repair the appliance or if you choose not to have the appliance repaired, the call out payment will be due at the end of the visit.

How it works
Our domestic appliance repair process is straight forward and as easy as 1-2-3.
We don’t want you to be guessing what happens next, or wondering when you might get any communications. Here you can see how booking your appliance repair with us works:
Step 1 Book online
Receive an email confirmation with the date of your appointment. If we are unsure of the fault or repair needed, we may contact you to discuss further.
Or book over the phone
Speak to us, explain your problem and we will book you in. if we are unavailable, repairing another customers appliance, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
In all cases you will receive a confirmation text and email showing that the appointment has been created. You will also be able to track your repair; amend appointments and provide more detailed fault information.
Step 2 Confirm your appointment
The day before the appointment is due to take place we schedule all of our jobs for the following day.
You will receive a text message and email from us confirming the proposed appointment time.
If the time provided isn’t suitable, please call us to rearrange, we always try to work around our customers.
Around 30 minutes before we visit you we will call to make sure you are at home.
Step 3 We will arrive
We will arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly face and presented with our professional ID card. We will use all available protective equipment to keep your premises safe and clean while we work, this will include shoe covers for our feet and gloves for our hands.
We will discuss the fault with you, carry out our various electrical tests and attempt to repair the product.
Once we have repaired the appliance we will explain what we have done. If we need to come back to fit a part, we will arrange a date and time with you.
